Service scope
AC2Z is a Chicago-founded U.S. studio that lists virtual account-style products, access items and network keys with visible stock, USD pricing, crypto checkout and email delivery after payment verification.
Payment and delivery
Orders require the exact generated amount on the selected coin and network. Changing coin, network, address or amount after order creation requires a new order. Delivery follows payment verification and is sent to the checkout email.
Customer responsibility
Customers must enter a reachable checkout email, read product notes, confirm quantity and price, verify delivery promptly and keep the order number, payment proof and original delivery email.
Prohibited use
Products must not be used for spam, fraud, abuse, harassment, platform evasion, account takeover, unauthorized access, resale that violates third-party rules, or illegal activity.
Platform rules
Customers are responsible for following applicable platform rules and local law. AC2Z does not promise bypassing platform checks, risk controls or policy enforcement.
Support and evidence
Support requires order number, checkout email, product name, payment network, payment proof, screenshots and issue description. Reviews are based on the product page, delivery email and order records.
Limitation of unsupported claims
Attributes not shown in product data or delivery email are not promised. AC2Z does not guarantee hidden account history, permanent access, region changes, future platform behavior or results outside the stated product description.
