Refund review

Refund requests are reviewed with order evidence, payment facts and product-delivery records. AC2Z does not offer unconditional refunds because digital goods can be delivered, copied or used immediately after release.

Replacement review

A replacement review may apply when delivery evidence shows that the delivered item does not match the order, the delivery is missing after verified payment, or the access data fails within the stated support boundary.

Evidence required

Provide order number, checkout email, product name, payment network, payment proof, screenshots, delivery email content relevant to the issue and a concise issue description.

Cases that may be reviewed

Wrong delivery, missing delivery after payment verification, duplicate payment, or access data that clearly does not match the ordered product may be reviewed by support.

Cases that may not be eligible

Unsupported uses, platform-rule violations, buyer misuse, missing evidence, wrong checkout email entry, late claims without records, or assumptions not shown on the product page may be ineligible.

Review outcome

Depending on the evidence, support may provide clarification, resend delivery information, offer a replacement, or approve another case-specific resolution. The review is based on records rather than verbal claims alone.
