Delivery method
AC2Z delivers digital order content by email after payment verification. The checkout email is the delivery address and the main support identifier for the order.
What happens after payment verification
The payment is matched to the generated order number, selected coin, selected network and exact payable amount. Once verification succeeds, delivery content follows the product page note and the final delivery email.
What to check in the delivery email
Check the product name, quantity, access data, key data, region note, binding note and any product-specific instructions. Save the original email before changing settings or contacting support.
If you did not receive the email
Check the checkout email address, spam folder, mailbox rules and payment status. If the email is still missing after verification, contact support with the order number, payment proof and screenshots.
Delivery limits
Delivery does not include attributes that were not shown on the product page or in the delivery email. AC2Z does not promise platform-rule bypassing, permanent availability or unsupported hidden features.
