Payment verification data
Payment verification uses order number, selected network, expected amount, payment status and related transaction evidence. AC2Z does not ask buyers to provide wallet private keys, seed phrases or exchange account passwords.
Order and support records
Order and support records help the team confirm what was ordered, what was delivered and what evidence was provided. These records are used for delivery, refund, replacement and abuse-prevention reviews.
