Start with the category that matches your lawful use case, then compare products by exact name, price, visible stock and delivery note. A category label is not a promise of hidden attributes.
Read the product page
Before checkout, review the product description, table, buying notes, FAQ and related products. If an attribute is not listed on the product page or delivery email, do not assume it is included.
Prepare checkout details
Use a reachable email address because delivery and support depend on it. Confirm quantity, USD price and selected payment network before creating the order.
Pay the exact amount
Send the exact generated amount on the selected coin and network. Network fees are separate, and changing coin, network, address or amount requires a new order.
Check delivery
After payment verification, open the delivery email and compare product name, quantity, access data, key data, region notes and binding notes. Save the original email before making changes.
Keep support evidence
Keep the order number, checkout email, payment proof, screenshots and a concise issue description. Evidence-based support is faster and avoids repeated questions.
